The panorama Portes du Soleil Bread Knife is a fabulous gift for foodies or as a wedding or engagement gift for Mountain lovers. (Especially if they met in the region!)

The blades are ground by hand by a small family business in Switzerland and the attention to detail is fabulous with the Mountain ranges ground according to height and shape

The blade is made from rust free Rockwell-Steel and hardened to 54-55 HRC and are ultra sharp and must be treat with respect

The handle is made from Walnut Rosewood and it is advisable to wash the Knife by hand
