The Panorama best of USA Bread Knife is a fabulous gift for foodies or as a wedding or engagement gift for Mountain lovers (Especially if they met in the region!)

The blades are ground by hand by a small family business in Switzerland and the attention to detail is fabulous with the mountain ranges ground according to height and shape.

The blade is made from rust free Rockwell steel and hardened to 54-55 HRC and and the irregularities make the knife extra sharp and must be treat with respect.

The handle is made from Walnut Rosewood and it is advisable to wash the knife by hand.
