Online Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return your item within 14 days of receipt in suitable packaging (Sale items cannot be returned or refunded)  to :

Please note as a small independent business we do not cover the delivery cost of returns . Items can only be returned if they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We can reserve the right to refuse a refund  on any item that is not in the right condition. We also cannot issue a refund on  items that are lost or damaged whilst being returned to us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage or use a tracked courier 

Returns Terms And Conditions

Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and in the original packaging

Please ensure all items are well packaged and you use insured registered or tracked delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item but may take 10 days to reach your account

Damaged Goods 

Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt with detailed photos to info@alpinelifestyleboutique.com  and  returned within 14 days of receipt if requested
