The terms and conditions detailed on this site apply to the use of this Website, and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.
Delivery and overseas Delivery
We aim to despatch all items within 3 working days of receipt of payment. We charge a flat fee of £4.95 per full UK order, unless otherwise stated. For delivery overseas, including Northern Ireland, please contact us for a quote. Please note: delivery charges cannot be refunded, except in the case of defective or damaged goods which we are unable to replace. Delivery is made by courier. Some items may require a signature. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance. You can check when delivery is scheduled to be made through your Covet account.
Privacy & Security
We take privacy and security seriously. Alpine Lifestyle Boutique is an independent company and won't pass on your personal details to anyone ,unless required by law or to give your details to a courier company in the case of an internet order. We will only contact you in relation to an order or if you have chosen to sign up for our newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters there will be an option to unsubscribe.
The details we hold on yourselves which will be collected either through making a payment or when you subscribe to our newsletter will be stored on a password protected IT system and it is our priority to protect and treat your data with the utmost care
All online payments are securely processed.
Returns & Replacements
If you need to return an item to us then please contact us stating your reason for return. We will then email you instructions of how to return your item. Alpine Lifestyle Boutique cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without proper authorisation. Return shipping charges must be covered by the customer. In case of product exchange, Alpine Lifestyle Boutique will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
All products are protected by a 7 Day Money-back Guarantee which, in accordance with the distance selling regulations, guarantees a full refund or product exchange if the item is returned in unused/unopened condition, within 7 days of receiving the order. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited when Alpine Lifestyle Boutique has received and processed your return. This will typically be 7-10 business days after the item was delivered back to us. Please be aware, we cannot refund delivery charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
The item must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging to the return address provided below. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, unless said product has been described and sold as vintage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must either e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 01943 602633 within 48 hours of receipt. Please photograph all breakages. We will make every reasonable effort to replace damaged or defective items in a timely manner. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full purchase amount as soon as we receive the returned item(s).

You don't have to sign up for an account with us, but it does allow you to track your orders, view your order history and create and save wish and wedding lists.
Please review your basket before purchasing to make sure we've got all the details correct. If you need to cancel or alter an order once it has been submitted please email us immediately as we cannot refund delivery costs on despatched items.

We will charge your credit/debit card once your billing and delivery addresses are verified.

We will not be responsible for any failure to deliver goods to you or for any delay to goods which is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control or that of our suppliers, which shall include without limitation, industrial disputes, act of God, war, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order or rule, regulation or direction.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
